§1 Boxia Application
“Boxia Games”, also known as “Boxia” is a Discord mini-game, utility, moderation themed Discord -application that goes around with the usertag “Boxia#3104” and user Identity Document is "1268815886379384912". This document file (“terms”, “terms of services” and/or “tos”) is the main rules, guidelines, terms and policy surrounding Boxia as whole.
Boxia is owned by “Rosendahl, Vili” or also known as “Vipe” and in games, he is known as “Rizzlos”.
As referred in the document, speaking about the team working on Boxia, Boxia itself or the headquarters of Boxia, it can and will be said as “We”, “Our”, “Us”, “The Team”, “Staff” and “Boxia”.
§2 Users and members
“User” is a person who uses Boxia’s Command’s in any Discord Server that Boxia is in, or invites (“adds”) the Boxia Discord Application to any Discord Server. Members are the people who have joined the Support Server in Discord Inc’s Application/Website “Discord”. Any of these can be said as “Clients”.
“Customer” is a person that has purchased a Boxia Premium -Subscription or purchased an ‘variable items’ for the mini-games in Discord. Any of these can be said as “You”, “Your”, “Yours” as in single or multiple.
§3 Commands
“Command” is a Slash-symbol activated action in Discord that does what it is commanded (“developed”) to do. Commands are mainly used in Discord Server’s Channels. Commands have their own Identity Document Code (“ID”) which is a line of numbers. Every command has their own unique id.
§4 Website
Website “boxia.xyz” is our main information sharing -channel and page, where we share our or other information about our projects and features. The terms of services does apply as in and while maintaining a connection with Boxia or this specific Website (Webpage under the domain “boxia.xyz”).
§5 Effective Rules
You as a person, crew, team, group, community or company agree to the following and rules while interacting with in any how with the Boxia -Discord Server, -Discord Application, -Website(s) or other projects that are known to be under the ownership of Vili Rosendahl or Boxia.
You agree to be exactly, or older of the age of 13-years. Being younger is against the main platform’s (“Discord”) Terms of Service, which is also required to follow, while using Boxia’s Projects.
You agree to be respectful towards anyone anywhere, at any time.
You agree not to swear, cuss or be inappropriate, unprofessional and/or badly behaving clients.
You agree to NEVER share any personal/privacy data or details that you may or may not have, find out, get or see, hear or feel at any time, from anywhere. This contains every phone number, email address, addresses or other private stuff that is not included within Boxia’s Public data.
You agree that you will not send any nudist, sexist, racist or not safe for work (“NSFW”) content in any form to our platforms or Discord Server.
You agree not to create, make or build any possible way of gaining profit while or by using our project(s).
Do not sell (or resell) and/or buy any of the Assets or Variable Items that may be added to your account of Discord at any time, for real-life items or currencies.
Everyone is protected like the Finnish Government’s Law and Issues allows, as the project and its founder is from Finland.
Do not impersonate any staff member, founder, the Boxia -application or create any server that seems to be a copy or official server of Boxia.
Do not use Boxia or its projects to break the laws of Finland or Discord’s Terms of Services.
